Our communities offer a variety of exterior maintenance services intended to relieve homeowners of the majority of the tasks they would usually be faced with in owning a home. Maintenance-free living is an important aspect of the lifestyle enabled by living in our communities. How would you choose to spend the time you save by letting someone else take care of all the work around your home?

The services which are typically provided include the following: lawn mowing and fertilizing; plant and landscape bed maintenance; leaf removal; gutter cleaning; snow removal from streets, driveways, and front entries; street and driveway maintenance; and exterior building maintenance (such as siding repair, roof repair, and painting). The specific services offered are determined by the Board of Directors for the community's homeowners association, while building maintenance responsibilities are stated in the community's condominium documents.

The homeowners association for the community collects dues from each homeowner to fund these services. In some cases these dues also go toward commonly-metered utilities, such as water and sanitary sewer service.
